Judo

Judo is an incredible dynamic and combative sport that demands both physical and mental discipline. Judo means "gentle way" and originated in Japan in the late 19th century. It is a competitive sport that includes throwing the opponent to the ground, or subduing them by grappling. Students first learn the proper way to fall, ensuring safety during practice sessions.

Our Judo program is led by Bob Perez, 4th degree Black in Judo and coach of the Texas A&M Judo Club. Mr. Perez and his assistant instructors have been building an outstanding kids program for the past 6 years. Judo is a "must-try" martial art.
