Muay Thai Seminar September 6th
Shane Wiggand is back for another seminar. Join us Saturday for a 4 hour Muay Thai training session.

Parent's Night Out
Parent's Night Out will be held on Friday, September 26th. A great opportunity for both parents and kids to get out and have a great evening. Martial Arts practice, board breaking, games and movie and pizza.
